A client came to us with a dilapidated building which had once already been refused and asked us to obtain permission for them. This is not a simple task as once an application has already been refused it greatly reduces the chances of a further application being successful. It is incredibly crucial that before any application is submitted that all policy relating to this application is methodically considered.
